This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional guest experience of our fine dining establishment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
• Managing and developing a team of talented professionals.
• Controlling budgets, maximizing revenue, and minimizing costs.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborating with the hotel's management team to ensure alignment with overall property goals.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional with:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
