Network Technician

Network Technician - Quattris Global, Jeddah

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure and a passion for ensuring our systems run smoothly and securely.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining our network systems. You will also troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime for our users. Additionally, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure our network is up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of network protocols, experience with network hardware, and a strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with network monitoring tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Network Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
