Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Prime Gate is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient web applications that align with our business objectives. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. Utilize modern frameworks and technologies to build high-performance, user-centric solutions.
• Front-End Development: Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and application programming interfaces (APIs) using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP. Implement secure and efficient data management systems to support application functionality.
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase. Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient retrieval to support application performance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively within agile development teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and code reviews. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, leveraging analytical skills and creative problem-solving to enhance application functionality and user experience. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure application reliability, security, and performance. Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline the quality assurance process and minimize defects.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Deploy applications to production environments using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates to ensure optimal functionality and security.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, along with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP. Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git, including branching strategies and collaborative development workflows.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
