Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchens Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored kitchen solutions that align with their preferences and budgets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including in-store consultations, virtual meetings, and follow-up communications, to generate leads and close sales.
• Product Knowledge & Consultation: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our kitchen product lines, including design trends, materials, and functionalities, to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
• Sales Execution: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting kitchen solutions, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts in a timely manner.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring a seamless purchasing experience, addressing concerns promptly, and providing post-sales support where necessary.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our kitchen sales strategies.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in kitchen sales, with a strong portfolio of successful transactions and satisfied clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Sales Acumen: A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with kitchen design software, CRM systems, and sales tools is a plus.
