Job Summary

The Senior IT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving OSUS’s digital transformation by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects and programs. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing initiatives across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and analytics to ensure they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meet the highest standards of quality, security, and business requirements. The ideal candidate will establish robust governance frameworks, manage resources and vendors, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to enable successful project outcomes. By aligning IT initiatives with OSUS’s strategic goals, this role will contribute to the modernization of real estate development and operations, fostering innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, property management systems, sales and leasing platforms, facilities management, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity enhancements, and data/analytics solutions. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
• Project Planning & Governance: Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery plans. Develop and maintain critical project artifacts such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path analyses, and dependency maps. Manage resources and budgets while enforcing formal change control processes to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional workshops, progress reviews, and steering committee meetings to drive issue resolution and timely decision-making. Coordinate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Oversee solution design processes, including integrations (APIs/middleware), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, system cutover, and hypercare support. Ensure operational readiness by defining support models, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and smooth transitions to operations and support teams.
• Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management: Own the IT project portfolio and roadmap in collaboration with the CTO. Prioritize and sequence initiatives to align with organizational goals and enterprise architecture. Gather business requirements, convert them into actionable project charters, and identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Stakeholder & Executive Communication: Provide executive-level reporting by translating technical progress, risks, and dependencies into quantified business impacts. Deliver decision-ready recommendations and corrective actions to senior leadership. Monitor emerging technologies and assess their feasibility for integration into OSUS’s digital ecosystem.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all projects comply with OSUS policies and Saudi regulatory requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA/ECC), Capital Market Authority (CMA), and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) standards. Coordinate security reviews, testing, and approvals as part of project delivery plans. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• HR & Operational Support: Under supervision, assist with day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee files, processing letters, and facilitating approvals as required.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading complex IT projects in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of digital transformation, enterprise systems, and IT governance. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale technology initiatives.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence), and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, property management systems, and other enterprise applications. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, data governance, and analytics is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical complexities into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
