As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale, complex technology programs to successful completion for our esteemed clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Project Delivery & Execution, serving as the primary delivery lead for key clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs
• Financial performance oversight, including budget management, cost tracking, forecasting, and margin protection
• Robust risk, issue, and change governance across all delivery streams
• Primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders, leading governance meetings and progress reporting
• Cross-functional team, partner, and subcontractor coordination
• Mentoring of Associate and Project Managers, contributing to internal delivery framework refinement

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Minimum 8+ years of dedicated project management experience in digital, cloud, or data transformation initiatives
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification (required); Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen in financial management and commercial outcome protection
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal); Arabic fluency is a strong advantage
