Chief Executive Officer - Prime Engineering Consultants, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Prime Engineering Consultants, a leading Saudi engineering consultancy firm based in Riyadh, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive the company's strategic and operational growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and implementing the company's long-term strategy, overseeing overall business performance, and expanding the project portfolio.

• Lead the company and achieve its strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Develop and implement long-term business and growth strategies.
• Drive business development and secure government and private-sector projects.
• Oversee technical, administrative, financial, and operational departments.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability, key performance indicators, and operational efficiency.
• Set performance targets and ensure alignment between corporate objectives and daily operations.
• Lead senior management teams and promote a culture of quality, innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, the Saudi Building Code, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, industry events, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen the company’s reputation and competitive position.
• Drive continuous improvement across all departments and business functions.

Qualified candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a valid professional classification from the Saudi Council of Engineers, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering consultancy, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role, are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a proven track record in business development, project acquisition, sales, and client relationship management, are essential for this role.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is considered an advantage. Strong familiarity with the engineering consultancy market and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is also crucial.
