Key Responsibilities

As an IT Associate, you will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Technology Stack Administration: Manage and maintain the company’s internal technology stack, including business applications and platforms, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• User Access Management: Oversee the entire user lifecycle, from onboarding new employees to offboarding departing staff, while ensuring appropriate permissions and access levels are maintained through regular reviews.
• Software and Vendor Management: Handle software licensing, subscription renewals, and vendor relationships to guarantee compliance and cost efficiency. Coordinate IT procurement activities to align with organizational needs.
• Asset Tracking and Device Management: Maintain accurate records of all technology assets, including laptops, monitors, and peripherals. Coordinate device provisioning, maintenance, repairs, and replacements to minimize downtime.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely resolution to day-to-day technical issues faced by internal teams. Escalate complex cases to appropriate stakeholders while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Documentation and Process Optimization: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, asset inventories, and operational workflows. Identify opportunities to automate tasks, standardize procedures, and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Financial Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance team to manage IT-related invoices, budgets, and procurement workflows, ensuring transparency and accountability in all expenditures.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Professional Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration, with a proven track record in managing modern workplace platforms and SaaS applications.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with identity and access management best practices, ensuring secure and efficient user authentication and authorization processes.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or efficiency.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Exceptional troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing operational disruptions.
