The Showroom Sales Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales within our vibrant showroom environment. This role involves maintaining a clean, organized space, managing stock levels, and processing customer transactions.

• Consistently meet or exceed set sales targets through outstanding customer service.
• Provide exceptional service to showroom customers by assisting with product selection, answering inquiries, and sharing product expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and foster lasting relationships.
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized showroom by ensuring products are neatly displayed, accessible, and stock levels are managed effectively.
• Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of all display units in accordance with company standards.
• Proactively engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
• Accurately compile and submit daily reports on sales, customer interactions, stock updates, and other relevant showroom activities.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations, shared responsibility for meeting sales goals, and a positive work environment.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to issue accurate invoices for customers, ensuring timely and error-free transactions.
• Deliver sales invoices and transaction receipts to the showroom supervisor.
• Uphold a professional appearance by adhering to the designated uniform, maintaining personal grooming, and ensuring the showroom is presented neatly and professionally.

Qualifications: Minimum of high school degree required.
