Position Overview

As a Laboratory Specialist at Heala Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering precise and reliable laboratory diagnostics while upholding the most stringent quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Adhere to established protocols and quality control measures to ensure the reliability and integrity of diagnostic results.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless patient care and treatment planning.
• Maintain meticulous records of laboratory procedures, results, and quality assurance activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Stay abreast of advancements in laboratory technology and diagnostic methodologies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Professionalism and ethical conduct, with a focus on patient confidentiality and quality care.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, where applicable, to ensure seamless documentation and communication.
