Role Overview
The Supervisor Dark Stores plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of assigned dark stores in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site position requires a proactive leader who will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including last-mile logistics, inventory accuracy, order picking, packing, and dispatch. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high standards of fulfillment accuracy and timeliness, ensuring that orders are processed and delivered without errors. By managing and scheduling staff, monitoring performance metrics, and enforcing compliance with safety and operational protocols, the supervisor will uphold the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Supervise daily activities within the dark store, including last-mile logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch operations to ensure seamless execution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and schedule frontline staff, assign tasks, and provide training to enhance productivity and efficiency. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize workflows.

Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Experience: A minimum of two years in warehouse, fulfillment center, or dark store operations, with a strong understanding of last-mile logistics, inventory control, and order processing.
- Leadership: Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, including managing shift schedules, performance evaluations, and training frontline staff.
- Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage high-volume environments under tight deadlines.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic to facilitate effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including tracking KPIs, identifying operational issues, and implementing corrective measures. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or related digital tools is highly desirable.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of logistics and last-mile delivery processes, particularly in fast-paced e-commerce or Q-Commerce environments.
- Compliance and Safety: Commitment to maintaining compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures in storage and fulfillment facilities.
