The Senior Discipline Engineer will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams
• Developing and implementing engineering standards and procedures
• Conducting technical reviews and audits of project deliverables
• Managing and mentoring junior engineers
• Collaborating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
