Key Responsibilities

As a QA Technician at Almarai, your core responsibilities will include:

• Product Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they comply with established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications. Perform sensory evaluations, physical tests, and laboratory analyses as needed.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and deviations. Ensure that documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Compliance and Safety: Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Collaborate with the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) team to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Work closely with production teams to address non-conformances and improve process efficiency.
• Equipment and Process Validation: Assist in the validation of new equipment, processes, and methodologies to ensure they meet quality benchmarks. Participate in calibration activities and equipment maintenance to guarantee consistent performance.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of quality by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and R&D. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications and Skills
