The Ritz-Carlton, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and dedicated Engineering Supervisor to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our engineering department, ensuring the smooth running of all hotel facilities, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of engineering team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize longevity.
• Manage the engineering budget, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are utilized effectively.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure engineering services meet the needs of the hotel and its guests.
• Provide on-call support as required to address any engineering emergencies that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in engineering, with a minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory capacity within the hospitality industry. You will have a proven track record of managing teams, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
