Country Digitization Manager

Position Overview

Cisco Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Digitization Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digitization roadmap aligned with Cisco’s global objectives and regional market demands. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives into the country’s business strategy.
• Technology Implementation: Spearhead the deployment of digital tools, platforms, and solutions, including cloud computing, IoT, AI, and data analytics, to modernize business processes and drive innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and government entities to align on digital transformation goals. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to cultivate a digital-first culture. Provide training, support, and guidance to employees to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of digitization efforts. Regularly assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to optimize outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital initiatives comply with local and international regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity standards. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with digital transformation.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or digital transformation frameworks) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or business process optimization, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Prior experience in the technology or telecommunications sector is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud computing, AI, machine learning, IoT, and data analytics. Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) and cybersecurity best practices is essential.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Cultural Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
