• Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, email correspondence, typing, and copying.
• Prepare and manage sales-related documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
• Promote and enhance our brand image internally and externally by gathering materials and assembling information packages.
• Leverage sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining and strengthening guest relationships.
• Manage and maintain sales software, entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently via phone and email.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Deliver outstanding guest service, welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards and anticipating their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and maintain positive working relationships.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of related work experience. No supervisory experience or certifications are required.
