Your Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Take ownership of the complete software implementation lifecycle, from initial planning to final deployment, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and in strict adherence to customer specifications.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer teams, steering committees, and executive stakeholders throughout the deployment process, ensuring alignment and transparency at every stage.
• Technical Translation: Convert complex client business requirements and site-specific needs into actionable technical specifications and Requests for Change (RFCs) for our product and engineering teams, facilitating smooth execution and innovation.
• Performance Visualization: Develop and maintain dynamic Grafana dashboards to provide clients with real-time insights into how our AI solutions are optimizing their operations, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Workflow Innovation: Harness the power of modern AI productivity tools to streamline documentation, accelerate analysis, and facilitate rapid prototyping, ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Risk and Growth Management: Proactively manage project risk logs, oversee scope change controls, and contribute to key account strategies to drive long-term client growth and retention.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in external software implementations or professional services within a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or industrial technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Client Delivery Expertise: A minimum of five years of experience in customer-facing software implementations or professional services, with a strong focus on delivering technical solutions in complex industrial settings.
• Infrastructure Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing software integration and technical deployment within client network, IT, and OT infrastructures, ensuring seamless interoperability and performance.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of large-scale industrial enterprises, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in the mining or heavy industry sectors.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Grafana, coupled with a foundational understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and their applications in industrial environments.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, manage client expectations effectively, and translate technical reports into strategic business value.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to engage with diverse stakeholders across global markets.
