IT & AI Systems Specialist

Intake Breathing, a fast-growing DTC health and wellness company, is seeking a dynamic IT & AI Systems Specialist to join our team. We build products that help people breathe better, sleep better, and perform better. Our company culture values speed, agility, and leveraging technology as a force multiplier.

The IT & AI Systems Specialist role is not your typical IT position. While you will manage our internal systems, devices, and infrastructure, your primary focus will be to identify and automate manual workflows across various departments using AI. You will be the driving force behind our company's digital transformation, enabling us to operate more efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will report directly to the EVP of Clinical Integrations & Customer Outcomes and collaborate closely with every department. Your impact will be visible and significant across the entire company.

  • IT Operations (30%): Own device provisioning, manage Google Workspace, Shopify staff access, Slack, and our SaaS stack. Maintain office network infrastructure, conference room AV, and access systems. Ensure security fundamentals are met and be the first point of contact when issues arise.
  • AI Implementation (30%): Identify repetitive workflows and automate them using AI agents and internal tools. Build and maintain AI agents using Anthropic API, OpenAI API, and agent frameworks. Integrate across various platforms and measure the success of your implementations.
  • Team Enablement and Tool Governance (25%): Coach team members as they develop their own AI tools and ensure they meet security and rigidity requirements. Maintain a registry of internal tools and agents and enforce compliance.
  • Internal Tooling and Vibecoding (15%): Build internal dashboards, calculators, and micro-apps using AI-assisted development tools. Ship quickly, gather feedback, and iterate. Maintain what you build.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying at least one AI agent or LLM-powered workflow
  • Working proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
  • Google Workspace administration experience
  • Working knowledge of security fundamentals
