Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales & Marketing department by ensuring seamless administrative operations, fostering client relationships, and upholding the brand’s reputation for luxury and excellence. Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will play a multifaceted role, encompassing both administrative and client-facing responsibilities to drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. Core duties include:

• Administrative Support: Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, data entry, and photocopying to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Sales Documentation: Prepare and process essential sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and event orders, throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Brand Promotion: Actively promote the St. Regis brand both internally and externally to enhance visibility and reputation.
• Marketing Materials: Compile and create comprehensive information packs, such as brochures and promotional materials, to support sales initiatives.
• Data Management: Utilize specialized software to input, retrieve, reconcile, and verify critical sales data, including commissions, leads, and third-party information.
• Client Engagement: Address client inquiries regarding hotel amenities, services, operating hours, room types, pricing, promotions, entertainment, dining options, and special events via phone and email.
• Policy Adherence: Strictly adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, maintain a neat and professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information and company assets.
• Customer Service Excellence: Greet and welcome clients in accordance with brand standards, anticipate their needs, and express gratitude for their patronage. Communicate with clarity and courtesy in all interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Foster positive and constructive professional relationships with colleagues, collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals, and address team concerns with appropriate responses.
• Physical Requirements: Independently handle, move, lift, pull, and place items weighing up to 4.5 kilograms as part of daily duties.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management that align with the role’s responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
• Certifications: None required.
