Support Service Officer - ALFA Company, Riyadh

As a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, you’ll play a pivotal frontline support role, ensuring our restaurant operations and internal stakeholders receive exceptional service.

• Handle service requests and coordinate technical and facility-related support.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare basic reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, logistics, IT, and HR.
• Uphold ALFA Company’s service excellence standards and contribute to a positive work environment.

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, information technology, or a related field.
