Spare Parts Salesman

Job Purpose

Drive sales of approved spare parts and accessories, achieving the outdoor spare parts sales target.

Responsibilities & Roles

• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Develop and implement a monthly sales plan aligned with assigned targets.
• Keep customers informed about new spare parts and accessories.
• Implement a tiered discount structure based on customer purchase volume.
• Provide periodic market analysis, competitor insights, and other relevant information to support business needs.
• Facilitate customer order processing by liaising with the head office.
• Meet or exceed a minimum of 90% of the assigned sales target.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
