To strengthen our Logistics team in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee day-to-day logistics activities, maintain precise asset traceability, and uphold compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Coordinator at Indra Group, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inventory and Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of project assets, tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring full traceability and accountability throughout their lifecycle.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare parts, while supporting logistics activities such as deliveries, shipments, and transportation coordination.
- Procurement and Supplier Relations: Coordinate procurement logistics by following up on material deliveries with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Asset Allocation and Transfers: Manage the allocation, transfers, and handover of company equipment, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.
- Stock Monitoring and Replenishment: Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment requirements, and implement strategies to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company procedures, HSE requirements, and warehouse best practices. Support audits by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to project assets and logistics.
- Environmental Stewardship: Implement and monitor environmental requirements, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste. Maintain environmental records for compliance and audits.
Your Ideal Profile
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in warehouse operations, logistics, or asset management. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, asset management, or project coordination, with a preference for candidates with experience in complex infrastructure or large-scale projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, asset control, and procurement/logistics processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a multidisciplinary project environment.
