As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through phone, email, and live chat
• Providing technical support and assisting customers with app usage and available services
• Tracking order status and addressing any delays or issues during the delivery process
• Managing customer accounts and providing guidance on app usage
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Meeting performance objectives and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the user experience

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in delivery apps or the tech industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software
• The ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Strong multitasking abilities
