Sales Associate - Channel Management & Strategic Growth

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a designated sales channel, such as direct sales, online sales, or retail sales. Your mission is to develop and implement channel sales strategies that align with our overall business objectives, ensuring we meet or exceed sales targets.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
• Set clear sales targets and monitor performance metrics to ensure channel success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, negotiating contracts and providing training and support to enhance their selling capabilities.
• Develop and execute relationship management plans for key customer accounts, engaging with decision-makers and influencers to foster effective communication and issue resolution.
• Represent our organization at industry events, cultivating a personal network and gathering market intelligence to boost our visibility and reputation.
• Configure complex product-and-services solutions, negotiating agreements within predefined commercial parameters.
• Manage pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners.
• Oversee specific business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts, negotiating service-level agreements and supervising related activities.
• Implement and maintain the CRM system within your area of responsibility, driving system improvements to enhance customer relationship management.
• Ensure compliance management for specific external partner segments.
• Develop product education courses to improve performance and meet business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert, maintaining external accreditations and staying updated on current and emerging regulations and industry best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a Master's Degree or equivalent level of education, along with extensive experience enabling you to handle most situations and advise others. Your experience should also include general supervision of more junior colleagues.
