Senior Infrastructure Engineer L3

Since 2004, we've been empowering organizations with integrated technology solutions, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency. We're now seeking an experienced professional to lead our IT Infrastructure / Data Center Operations team.

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer (L3) is responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting our enterprise data center infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on technical expert who can own complex infrastructure environments end-to-end, lead implementations, resolve high-severity incidents, and ensure availability, performance, and recoverability across our enterprise systems.

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere/vCenter and Nutanix AHV/Prism.
• Manage virtualization cluster sizing, HA/DRS, capacity planning, and full lifecycle management.
• Administer and optimize enterprise storage systems, including Dell EMC Unity and Data Domain.
• Manage storage provisioning, replication, deduplication, and performance tuning.
• Own backup and recovery operations using Veeam Backup & Replication and Dell EMC NetWorker.
• Define backup designs, retention policies, restore testing, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage data center infrastructure, including compute, storage fabric, hardware lifecycle, rack layout, and power/cooling awareness.
• Administer Active Directory services, including domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, replication health, and identity management.
• Apply networking fundamentals to support infrastructure connectivity.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine operations, reporting, and remediation.
• Lead troubleshooting of high-severity infrastructure incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, change-control records, and operational handover materials.
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure refresh projects with minimal business disruption.
• Provide senior-level escalation support and mentor junior engineers.

If you're a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, we'd love to hear from you. Strong expertise in VMware, Nutanix, Dell EMC Unity, Data Domain, Veeam Backup & Replication, and Dell EMC NetWorker is essential. Preferred qualifications include VMware VCP, Nutanix NCP, Dell EMC certifications, and ITIL certification.
