The Senior Director – Service and Data Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the product and service portfolio from inception to delivery for government and public-sector clients. This position requires a strong background in product and portfolio management, business development, pre-sales, and delivery, coupled with a solid understanding of technology.

The Senior Director will report directly to the EVP of the Socio-Economic Development Unit and will be accountable for:

• Aligning the Service and Data Solutions vertical with the unit strategy and EVP direction.
• Defining and managing a portfolio of technology-enabled services, digital products, and data solutions.
• Developing and implementing product and service portfolio strategies, including market positioning, prioritization, investment decisions, and growth plans.
• Identifying and translating government and client needs into scalable, commercially viable product and service opportunities.
• Leading the full product and service lifecycle, from market discovery to continuous improvement.
• Overseeing the development of digital services, analytics dashboards, data products, automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools.
• Guiding portfolio and investment decisions using market research, customer feedback, and product performance data.
• Leading pre-sales activities and partnering with commercial teams to secure opportunities within government and public-sector markets.
• Building strategic relationships with senior government stakeholders, clients, and technology providers.
• Providing product and commercial direction across cloud, data, integration, cybersecurity, automation, and emerging technology solutions.
• Overseeing the delivery of complex products, services, and data programs within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establishing product and delivery governance, risk management practices, and performance reporting.
• Monitoring product adoption, client satisfaction, revenue, profitability, and realized business outcomes.
• Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, solution architects, and delivery managers.
• Building the required product management capabilities, processes, tools, and governance for the Service and Data Solutions vertical.
• Contributing to revenue growth, pipeline development, portfolio performance, budget management, and the unit’s P&L.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree in a related discipline. A minimum of 13-18 years of relevant experience in product management, business solutions, business development, pre-sales, or delivery is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
