The Presales Engineer role is a dynamic and critical position responsible for aligning technology solutions with customers' business needs and enabling channel partners. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales success through technical expertise and consultative selling.

• Provide presales technical support to sales teams, assessing product applicability to customer needs.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations, both remotely and on-site.
• Develop complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations.
• Leverage product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal teams, partners, and end users.
• Collaborate with sales teams to determine product capability assessments and accelerate the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts.
• Serve as an external spokesperson for the brand's vision and associated technologies.
• Deliver partner training and enablement sessions, and maintain relevant skills and certifications.
• Stay current with the brand's new and competitive technologies.

We seek a motivated individual with a university degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer. Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking skills are essential, as is a client-focused attitude and team-player mentality. Familiarity with enterprise servers, storage, and client portfolios from major vendors is a plus.
