• Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers by providing personalized service, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases.
• Quotation Preparation and Follow-Up: Accurately prepare and present quotations to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing. Follow up diligently on sales opportunities to close deals and secure business.
