Key Responsibilities

The Area Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of business objectives by leading a team of managers and staff, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across assigned branches, ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for branch managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch performance with organizational goals and market demands.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire branch managers and their teams to achieve excellence in service delivery and productivity. Identify training needs, implement development programs, and foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and innovation.
• Financial Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budget adherence, cost control, and profitability. Prepare comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to senior management to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure a customer-centric approach across all branches, addressing concerns promptly and proactively to enhance brand reputation and loyalty.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local laws, industry regulations, and company policies. Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks across the area.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in operational management, leadership, and business development within a multi-branch environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple branches or teams. Experience in the [industry, if applicable] sector is preferred.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across diverse locations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to articulate vision, goals, and expectations clearly.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and implement solutions to drive operational excellence. Proficiency in using business intelligence tools and software for performance tracking and reporting.

• Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Riyadh market, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory frameworks. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
