Key Responsibilities

The Senior Structural Manager will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including:

• Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for structural engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers, designers, and drafters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master’s degree preferred. Professional Engineering (PE) licensure or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Experience in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit) and a strong understanding of international codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, Saudi Building Code).
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving project goals.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
