Product Executive/Specialist - Hematology & Biochemistry - Southern Zone

Position Overview

Zahrawi Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Executive/Specialist in Hematology & Biochemistry to join our dynamic team in the Southern Zone, based in Jeddah. Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion and Sales: Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Zahrawi Medical’s hematology and biochemistry product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, including hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.
• Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research to assess competitive landscapes, customer needs, and emerging trends in hematology and biochemistry diagnostics. Utilize data-driven insights to refine product positioning and tailor marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, procurement managers, and distributors. Build and nurture long-term partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and technical support, to deliver seamless solutions and address client inquiries.
• Training and Support: Organize and deliver product training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals and sales teams to ensure a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and applications. Provide ongoing technical and commercial support to clients to maximize product utilization and satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product promotions and sales activities comply with local and international regulatory standards, including those set by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback using CRM tools and analytics platforms. Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Hematology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification in a specialized area is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the medical diagnostics industry, with a focus on hematology and biochemistry products. Prior experience in the Southern Zone of Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hematology and biochemistry diagnostic technologies, including automated analyzers, reagents, and associated consumables. Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO 13485 and IVD regulations, is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach are essential.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required. Additional proficiency in local dialects is beneficial.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Experience with sales analytics tools and ERP systems is a plus.
