SIHAMCO, a leading hospitality group, seeks a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations for our expanding Lifestyle Café Group in Jeddah. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring our cafés deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of all cafés.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing operations team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

We are looking for a seasoned operations professional with a proven track record in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
