Director of Talent & People - Saudi Arabia

Our partner company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Talent & People based in Saudi Arabia. This role offers a unique opportunity to architect and scale the people function within a dynamic, technology-driven organization.

As the Director, you will own and evolve the overall talent and people strategy, ensuring the organization has the right structure, processes, and capabilities to support its rapid growth. You will lead company-wide talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruiting operations, improving hiring quality, speed, and predictability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the recruiting team to create scalable processes that support hiring across multiple functions and regions.
• Personally supporting executive and leadership-level hiring initiatives, enhancing interview processes, candidate experience, and evaluation frameworks.
• Building and maintaining scalable people operations systems, covering onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies, and employee support.
• Creating a strong employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Partnering with leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, team structures, and operational improvements.
• Developing performance management, feedback, career development, and retention programs to support employee growth and engagement.
• Establishing visibility into organizational health through people metrics, insights, and proactive identification of talent-related risks.
• Acting as a strategic partner to executives, providing practical solutions and building the infrastructure required for long-term growth.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, people operations, human resources, or related leadership roles. Experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees, ideally within high-growth startups, agencies, technology companies, or rapidly scaling environments is a must.

Competitive total annual compensation package ranging from $40,000 to $90,000 USD, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity opportunities.
