Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the Operator Assistant will play a vital role in supporting GeoBalance Applications operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Equipment Preparation: Assisting in the setup and preparation of GeoBalance Applications service line equipment for installation and field deployment, ensuring all tools are operational and meet safety standards.
• Field Operations Support: Participating in the rigging up and down of equipment at both onshore and offshore work locations, adhering to strict safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Job Execution Assistance: Supporting the execution of field jobs by monitoring instruments, performing essential calculations, and verifying the accuracy of collected data to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Cleanup and Maintenance: Assisting in post-job cleanup, equipment repair, and preparation for subsequent assignments to maintain operational efficiency and readiness.
• Professional Development: Completing company-mandated training programs and competency assessments to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge. Successful completion of these requirements is mandatory for progression in this role.

Qualifications and Skills

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in the energy sector is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
• Core Competencies:
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations to support data accuracy and operational tasks.
  • Strong reading comprehension and writing skills to interpret technical manuals, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

This full-time position is based at our operational hub in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia, specifically at the Jubail Highway Abu Hadria Exit.
