We are seeking a dedicated Rooms Controller to join our dynamic team at Marriott International, Inc in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel rooms, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising housekeeping staff to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Managing room inventory and ensuring optimal room utilization.
• Coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams for room repairs and renovations.
• Monitoring and controlling departmental budgets and costs.
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
