As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers in achieving optimal thermal insulation, hydroisolation, and structural integrity for their projects. Your expertise will contribute to educating clients on best practices, promoting our premium products, and ensuring their success in every construction endeavor.

Key Responsibilities

• Educational Leadership: Provide expert guidance to clients and partners on the most effective methods for insulating attics with mineral wool, highlighting common pitfalls that can lead to increased energy losses and structural inefficiencies. Your insights will help clients make informed decisions to enhance the performance and longevity of their buildings.
• Product Promotion and Sales Support: Actively promote our range of premium construction tools and materials, including the Solid Tools line, to drive customer engagement and sales. In July, participate in our exclusive loyalty program, where customers can earn up to five times the points on qualifying purchases, fostering stronger relationships and boosting revenue.
• Technical Consultation: Offer specialized advice on hydroisolation solutions for building foundations, emphasizing the importance of using proven and reliable products. You will assist clients in selecting the right materials, such as the SCHOMBURG RB400, to ensure long-term protection against moisture and structural damage. Promote our current promotional pricing to maximize value for customers.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their technical queries, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring seamless transactions. Your ability to communicate complex solutions in an accessible manner will be instrumental in building customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Market Expansion: Contribute to the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, expanding our customer base, and strengthening partnerships with contractors, architects, and developers. Your proactive approach will help position Kaizen PRO as a go-to resource for construction professionals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in construction, building materials, or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in Polish is required to effectively engage with our local market, and prior experience in sales, technical consulting, or product education is highly desirable.
