We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Butler Supervisor to join our esteemed team at Marriott International, Inc in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our butler service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of professional butlers.

• Oversee the daily duties of the butler team, including guest room preparation, personal guest assistance, and event support.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and high service standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of butler service supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in luxury hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
