Senior Construction Manager - Parsons, Ta'if

Parsons, a leading global engineering and construction firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager for our Ta'if office. This role is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, with a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams, and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing construction plans and schedules.
• Managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Overseeing site safety and quality control.
• Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software.
