Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using industry-standard technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure seamless project execution in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring applications run smoothly across various devices and operating systems, with a focus on speed, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Integration & APIs: Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services to enhance application functionality and provide a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, or compatibility challenges to maintain optimal application performance and user satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance application features and capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and Android development (Kotlin, Java), with experience in cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter being a strong plus.
• Development Tools: Hands-on experience with integrated development environments (Xcode, Android Studio) and version control systems (Git, GitHub).
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a freelance or remote work environment.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous mobile app development projects, including live applications or GitHub repositories, is highly desirable.
