In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the financial planning and analysis process to support strategic decision-making.
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or MBA would be an asset.
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar role, preferably within the professional services or construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
