• Regulatory Liaison: Act as a liaison between Almarai’s sales teams and regulatory bodies, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with local and international QSHE regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze QSHE performance metrics, providing actionable insights to management to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and operations, to integrate QSHE best practices into daily workflows and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001 are highly desirable.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QSHE role, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a fast-paced FMCG environment. Prior experience in sales operations or logistics is a strong advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of QSHE management systems, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with digital tools for QSHE reporting and analysis is beneficial.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive a culture of safety and quality across the organization.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
