Marketing Lead – Pediatric Vaccines

Sanofi, a global leader in healthcare, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for our pediatric vaccines portfolio.

• Drive market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase market share and drive sales.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. You will possess strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
