Position Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Guard to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is essential to maintaining a secure and orderly environment within our healthcare facilities. The Security Guard will serve as the first line of defense, ensuring the safety of staff, patients, and visitors through proactive monitoring, access control, and emergency response. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control and Monitoring: Manage and monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access, verifying identification when necessary and ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter restricted areas.
• Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, including parking lots, buildings, and perimeters, to identify and deter suspicious activities or potential security threats.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, security breaches, or emergency situations, following established protocols to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities, documenting details such as time, location, and actions taken. Prepare clear and concise reports for internal review and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including healthcare staff and facility management, as well as external emergency services, to coordinate responses and address security concerns efficiently.
• Customer Service and Assistance: Provide courteous and professional assistance to patients, visitors, and staff, offering guidance, directions, or support as needed while maintaining a secure environment.
• Security System Operation: Utilize security systems, such as CCTV, access control devices, and alarm systems, to monitor activities and respond to alerts in real time.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Professional Competencies: Strong skills in physical security, including facility monitoring, incident response, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Personnel and Access Security: Proven ability to control access, verify identities, and protect staff and visitors from potential threats.
• Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with diverse individuals, de-escalate conflicts, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.
• Experience: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is highly beneficial but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
• Adaptability and Resilience: Capacity to remain alert, handle high-pressure situations, and adhere to established protocols and regulations without compromise.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic report-writing skills and familiarity with security systems, such as CCTV and access control devices, are preferred.
