Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with full accountability for ensuring projects meet their objectives within the defined scope, timeline, and budget, while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership and Management: Take full ownership of engineering projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic objectives and technical requirements.
- Comprehensive Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans that encompass scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting, while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Progress Monitoring and Control: Continuously track project performance against established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks, implementing corrective measures as needed to address deviations or challenges.
- Budget and Cost Management: Oversee financial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, budget adherence, and expense control, while ensuring that expenditures are justified by deliverables and quality outcomes.
- Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous quality assurance protocols and occupational health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle to safeguard personnel, assets, and project integrity.
- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Facilitate seamless integration and collaboration among diverse engineering disciplines—such as civil, electrical, and mechanical—to ensure cohesive project execution and minimize interdepartmental conflicts.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: Lead and facilitate project meetings, prepare insightful progress reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment on project status and outcomes.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or challenges that may impact project success, and implement strategic solutions to mitigate their impact and ensure uninterrupted progress.

Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 14 years of progressive experience in engineering project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Certifications: Professional certification in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
