Position Overview
As a Health Representative specializing in Rare Disease, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Pfizer’s mission by delivering science-based promotional content and enhancing the customer experience for healthcare professionals (HCPs). Your primary responsibility is to drive brand growth within your designated territory by executing tailored promotional activities that address the unique needs of HCPs. This role requires a strategic blend of scientific engagement, digital proficiency, and customer-centric communication to ensure seamless and compliant interactions with healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be entrusted with the following core responsibilities:
- Promotional Science-Based Messaging: Engage HCPs with scientifically accurate and compelling brand messages that highlight how Pfizer’s products can address unmet patient needs, particularly in the rare disease space.
- Content Delivery and Disease State Education: Provide a comprehensive range of educational content, including disease state information, to empower HCPs with the knowledge they need to make informed treatment decisions.
- Compliant Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for HCPs seeking seamless, compliant, and reactive support from Pfizer’s subject matter experts (SMEs) and resources.
- Customer Onboarding: Introduce HCPs to Pfizer’s operating model and digital platforms, such as the Digital Engagement Portal, ensuring they are equipped to leverage these tools effectively.
- Personalized Customer Experience: Curate and deliver relevant content based on a deep understanding of each HCP’s preferences and needs, fostering an ideal customer journey.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications and possess the following competencies:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.
- Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational organization is preferred, with a proven track record in sales and customer engagement.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and customer dynamics, enabling you to navigate complex healthcare landscapes effectively.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional selling and presentation abilities, both in virtual and face-to-face settings, with a keen focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Digital Proficiency: Agility in digital learning and the ability to adapt to evolving technological tools and platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a culture of mutual support and shared success.
- Compliance and Integrity: A sound understanding of compliance and integrity principles, ensuring all interactions adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
