Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of PPU electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Specific responsibilities include:

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Direct experience with Power Processing Units (PPUs) and related technologies is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical system design, simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE), and industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC). Strong knowledge of power electronics, control systems, and thermal management is required.
