• Job Purpose: Continuously monitor and manage temperature control and GPS tracking systems to ensure product integrity and safety.
• Key Accountabilities:
• Monitor and respond to temperature and GPS system deviations or alerts.
• Communicate and escalate deviations, emergencies, and critical incidents.
• Monitor truck refrigeration units and fleet transit routes for temperature variances and route deviations.
• Coordinate with drivers during vehicle breakdowns or emergencies.
• Verify system functionality and report failures or interruptions.
• Maintain effective communication with relevant teams and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Prepare and maintain deviation reports, incorporating findings and corrective actions.
• Investigate and determine root causes of temperature deviations.
• Maintain accurate records and provide operational support during emergencies.
• Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Control Tower monitoring, temperature monitoring systems, and GPS systems. Prior experience in warehouse operations and cold storage equipment is preferred.
• Proven skills in temperature monitoring, incident management, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation.
