Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will play a central role in the planning, execution, and successful closure of projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and strategic goals. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, goal setting, and deliverable identification in close collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivered on time and within budget.
• Resource and Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors or third parties to ensure seamless project execution. Manage resource allocation and availability to optimize productivity and minimize bottlenecks.
• Change and Risk Management: Monitor and control project changes, assessing their impact on scope, schedule, and costs. Implement robust risk management strategies to proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and senior management through regular communication and transparent reporting. Escalate critical issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and alignment with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance and Evaluation: Conduct thorough project evaluations to assess performance, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT and business projects.
• Methodologies and Certifications: In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
• Leadership and Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
