Position Overview
The Lead GCEO Office Communications Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency and strategic communication alignment within the Group Chief Executive Officer’s (GCEO) office. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Executive Support and Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including records management, mail distribution, invoicing, and budget tracking. Ensure that all administrative processes are executed with precision and efficiency to support the GCEO’s strategic initiatives.
- Facility and Equipment Oversight: Manage the maintenance of the Group CEO’s facilities and associated tools and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and adherence to operational standards. This includes coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors to address any issues promptly.
- Database and Resource Management: Maintain and update database clusters and resources critical to the general office operations and stc Group’s broader activities. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide administrative support to other departments or projects as required, fostering collaboration and alignment with the GCEO’s objectives. Act as a liaison between the GCEO’s office and other units within stc Group to ensure cohesive operations.
- Translation Services: Deliver high-quality translation services for documents, letters, and other materials directed to the Group CEO. Ensure accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and adherence to professional standards in all translations.
- Governmental Case Management: Effectively follow up on critical cases raised by governmental entities, ensuring timely resolution and proper closure with relevant stakeholders. Maintain meticulous records and reporting to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Professional Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant experience is essential, with a proven track record in managing correspondence within the telecommunications industry. Prior exposure to executive support roles in a corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, office software suites, and communication tools is required. Familiarity with translation software and project management platforms is a plus.
