Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee staff scheduling, leave management, and conflict resolution to maintain a motivated and productive workforce. Provide constructive feedback to the Store Manager and Area Manager regarding team performance and individual development.
• Product and Trend Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends, new product launches, and fashion directives to anticipate and respond to customer needs effectively. Leverage this expertise to minimize stock loss and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising standards, creating an inviting and on-brand environment that drives customer engagement and sales.
• Loyalty Program Promotion: Actively promote the company’s loyalty program to maximize customer retention and repeat business, aligning with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Security and Compliance: Maintain a vigilant approach to store security, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and company policies to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.
• Cross-Brand Collaboration: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the group’s various brands to facilitate suggestive selling and enhance the customer’s shopping journey.
